Fees:
  A 10% commission of the final sale price is paid to the Brookline Auction Gallery LLC
Reserve:
  There is a non- refundable $100.00 fee to place a reserve on your item. No reserve, no fee. You may lower your reserve prior or during the auction with initialed contract or being present at the auction.
Contract:
  A contract must be received 5 days prior to auction date. Mail contract to Gary Michael 293 Rt 13 Brookline N.H. 03033. If the item has a reserve include a check for $100.00 payable to the Brookline Auction Gallery LLC.
Advertising:
 E-mail pictures and text to info@woodboats.org to be posted on the main auction site www.woodboats.org Other advertising includes: brooklineauctiongallery.com, Hemmings Motor News, Rudder Magazine,  Cutwater Magazine, Auction Zip and Classic Boating ACBS Calendar.
Terms of sale:
 12% Buyers premium for cash or check, 16% for credit card. Items purchased with cash or credit may be removed sale day, all other means of payment need to clear before items can be removed.
Payment:
 Consignors will be paid within 21 days of auction date.
Delivery:
 We will take delivery of auction items 5 days prior to auction preview and no later than Saturday prior to the Sunday auction. Special arrangements can be made by calling Gary Michael at 603-345-3765
Item removal:
 All items must be removed from auction site within 5 days of auction.
Items left on site after the auction are at the owners risk.
